Air Treatment replaced my total HVAC system in less than a day! Installed dampers in my ductwork and created a new upstairs zone in my 3-level townhouse. They are totally professional and they did outstanding work. They were easy to contact, get estimates from, and replaced the system within two weeks from first contact. They are a local business with a 5-star rating on Google and they deserve it. I highly recommend their business for whatever HVAC needs you may have.

I was looking to replace my entire HVAC system and Air Treatment was one of the 5 HVAC companies I reviewed (all highly rated). From the start, I was impressed. Chris Hunt, the sales representative, was professional and thorough in providing the options for my new system. Chris also provided the estimates in a timely manner and was very responsive to my many follow-on questions. The quotes he provided were competitive (or lower) with the other companies I interviewed. Given their reputation, Chris's professional and responsive support, competitive pricing, and their other add-ons (longer labor warranty and 2-year free maintenance), I chose to go with Air Treatment. After signing the contract, we set up a time for the installation, which I had to later change due to a conflict. They were very accommodating with the change. Also, they were very accommodating when I had to ask them to pause after they removed the old system so that the duct cleaning company could conduct mold remediation in the ductwork. The two installers, Brendan and Andres, were very pleasant and professional and patiently took the time to answer any questions I had. The final product looks great and operates well. During the installation, one of the owners, Dan, came by to deliver a part. I had the opportunity to speak with him. Very friendly and helpful with some questions I had. Last item: I had to communicate with the office staff several times (to arrange for an installation date, the pause for the mold remediation, and to discuss some county inspection items). In each case, the people I spoke with were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an HVAC installation or service.

The technicians arrived right on time and were extremely polite and professional throughout the entire process. They completed the installation quickly without cutting corners, and their attention to detail was impressive. What stood out most was that, after finishing the work, they took the time to walk me through everything they had done and answered all my questions. Tech was late, but appropriately apologetic and professional to discuss things with. I thought that he was supposed to have 2 other guys with him to help, but it was only him. He worked really hard. He was courteous and careful. He cleaned up all messes. He did run into an odd issue, but told us to contact the office to schedule someone else to fix that issue. It would have been nice to have a team here for consensus. Very happy with this technician. He deserves a raise for how hard he worked.

Air Treatment replaced my old heat pump and water heater. From the initial design and estimate to delivery, they did a great job! I appreciate that they took their time to design a solution specifically for my house, including some modifications to duct work that really helped overall performance. My home has never been this comfortable. I was also impressed with their price. If you're an informed consumer looking for better than entry level, you'll be very impressed with what they can provide at their price point. Huge shoutout to Air Treatment Heating & Cooling and especially Dylan for the amazing service on our commercial AC unit at our print shop during this brutal heat wave. I was preparing myself for a repair bill in the thousands and possible downtime, but Dylan quickly diagnosed the issue, was completely honest about the filter situation, and got everything running without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. Best part? Our shop never went down and we were able to keep production moving the entire time, even in this crazy heat. In the printing business, downtime can cost a fortune, so we really appreciated the fast response, honesty, and professionalism.
