I post very infrequently, but Air Treatment did such a great job that I felt it was important to support such exceptional service. They very quickly inspected our furnace when it had a problem, and offered reasonable pricing when it was clear the furnace needed to be replaced (they even price-matched when we found another service that quoted us a lower number). They arrived precisely on time for both the inspection and installation—which, as you know, is highly unusual these days—and were incredibly professional. To top it off, across the board they were some of the nicest people we have ever met in the service industry. Excellent Value and Responsiveness
We have had our Carrier Infinity system for about a month. We spent a lot of time researching our furnace replacement and talking to contractors to do the work. From our initial contact, Air Treatment Company stood out. They made sure we were purchasing the best system for our home and, as important, we were not purchasing anything that was not appropriate. Our installation was complicated by the need to coordinate with the chimney contractor working on the fireplace and installing flue liners. ATC was highly responsive and communicated well both with us and the other contractor. Air Treatment Company provided us with excellent value, and they were responsive, flexible to meet our needs.

I was preparing myself for a repair bill in the thousands and possible downtime, but Dylan quickly diagnosed the issue, was completely honest about the filter situation, and got everything running without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs.
Best part? Our shop never went down and we were able to keep production moving the entire time, even in this crazy heat. We can't say enough good things about Air Treatment Heating & Cooling. We had significant issues with our Carrier mini split, and the Air Treatment Heating & Cooling team came out to our house to try and address the issues at least 5 times.
