Tech was late, but appropriately apologetic and professional to discuss things with. I thought that he was supposed to have 2 other guys with him to help, but it was only him. He worked really hard. He was courteous and careful. He cleaned up all messes. He did run into an odd issue, but told us to contact the office to schedule someone else to fix that issue. It would have been nice to have a team here for consensus. Very happy with this technician. He deserves a raise for how hard he worked.
