I had to have my AC replaced and based on such excellent reviews, I decided to choose this company, and I can honestly say the 5 stars are well deserved! My two techs were Andres and Trung, and they were both excellent! They arrived at the time of my scheduled appointment (in the rain) and did the install in a timely manner. Their level of expertise and professionalism also deserves to be recognized. Thanks for such great service! I highly recommend this HVAC company.

Just had both AC and furnace replaced two weeks ago. Both of them have been running well so far. Everyone at the company is very professional and easy to work with, from sales, technicians, and help desk. The price is reasonable. The technicians finished the job very neatly and on time. The furnace was a little noisy after we started to use it, I called the company and they sent a technician to look at it and make sure it's not an installation or planning-related issue. They also provide 2-year free maintenance for the system. Very happy customer here! Will recommend them to friends in the future.

I was very pleased with your technician; he was very thorough and checked all the important parts of the AC system for the summer operation. He also recommended cleaning the condensing unit coil outside of the building, but the quoted price of $420 is rather high.

Saved $3000 by getting a second opinion May 23, 2025

I reached out to ATHC after another company came and told me the price of fixing my AC would be $5500 (no details, they wouldn't give any—just pay that price for a new blower, module, and control panel). I wanted a second opinion and found ATHC. They were able to schedule me within a day, came on time, and gave a detailed assessment of my blower and control panel—including the amps going into and out of the control panel. ATHC determined that the control panel was fine, and the AC unit was fine, but the blower needed replacement. They also cautioned me about spending a lot of money repairing an older AC unit—but did not pressure me (unlike the other place). In the end, I saved $3000 (!!!) by getting a second opinion from ATHC and they have gained a loyal customer. In addition, I signed up for their maintenance plan (since my system is 15 yrs old)... and even the maintenance plan was $100 LESS than the other company. Moral of the story is to take the time to shop around. Very glad to have found ATHC.

I would highly recommend Air Treatment Company. We got multiple quotes for replacing our HVAC, and Air Treatment was competitive, direct, and honest. They rightly predicted that the configuration of our HVAC storage area may run into issues with permitting and were proactive and on top of resolving this issue when it was confirmed with the Fairfax County inspector. We will choose them again.

The technicians and office support people are always courteous and really try to work with the customer. I like that the same technician, Cameron, is always the technician sent for tune-ups and when our systems have a problem. I couldn't be more pleased with Air Treatment Company. I had them replace my air conditioning system (condenser unit and evaporator coil) last November prior to the change to the new freon requirements. I got quotes from several companies and Justin was by far the most knowledgeable (having previous technician experience) and professional estimator, walking me through my options and explaining everything in detail. While they weren't the least expensive quote I got, they did provide very competitive pricing and no one else offered the labor warranty they offered. Ted and Andres did a great job installing the system. Air Treatment goes above and beyond other companies, installing items and performing certain installation techniques that other companies don't take the time to do. When it was time to start using my new system, JP and Kyle did an excellent job making sure the system was performing properly and explained everything I needed to know for proper operation. Air Treatment really goes above and beyond and I couldn't be more happy I went with them. I highly recommend them and I will be using them from now on for my HVAC and hot water heater needs. Working with Air Treatment was a great experience. The office staff was polite, professional, and promptly returned my calls and kept me informed about the product wait times and the installer’s ETA on the day of. The sales rep was by far the most knowledgeable of the various companies we got quotes from. The quote and pitch were very low pressure, which was appreciated. Pricing was by far the most straightforward and very competitive, and the recommended products were top of the line and in line with my existing system and expressed goals. The installation went smoothly and professionally. The installers were careful and followed through with protecting the yard as requested. System works perfectly. I couldn’t be more pleased. Do your due diligence and get additional quotes but you will very likely settle on Air Treatment.
