I contacted several companies before going with this one to replace my broken AC and old furnace because the service technician, Chris Hunt, was very friendly and their quote was the most reasonable. Even though we changed our mind at the last minute from replacing just the AC to replacing the entire system, they also accommodated our order change. Then on the day of install, Andres Dell'Agostino and Ted Kim worked wonders to get it finished in extreme heat. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reasonable and trustworthy HVAC company.

Emergency Response During Heat Wave Jul 27, 2025

During the early July brutal heat wave, our A/C system completely gave out and required replacement. Our regular provider was so swamped they were unable to dispatch assistance for several days, which would not have been feasible. Although we were not Air Treatment Company customers, they jumped right in and someone came out the next morning. They then got a crew to volunteer to come in on a Saturday and do the required work. Kyle and Taylor were fantastic. We were very pleased with the courtesy and the service provided. Thank you.

Under this heat dome, our relatively new Rheem air conditioner was giving off a burning smell. Air Treatment came that night to check it out, and the able technician said that it was coming from the motor. The company moved quickly to get a new motor from Rheem and made the installation. Air Treatment H&C (ATH&C) helped me diagnose why our 17-year-old conventional system failed, and in consultation with us, identified the right replacement. But more than that, they actually determined the imperfections of the original supply line installation and corrected them all, delivering a meaningful resolution to our concerns and a huge performance improvement. BTW, all their staff are priceless examples of know-how and focus on customer service. Additionally, ATH&C stepped forward to assess how to address replacement of our high velocity system in the original house. They actually proposed a strategy that was meaningfully better than several other proposing firms, and they actually worked to gain the credentials to implement it with the manufacturers enabling us to gain the 10-year warranty. We value their knowledge, expertise, tangible results, willingness to augment their capabilities, and their thoughtfulness regarding our concerns. They stepped up, time and again. Cannot appreciate them more!!!

If I could give Air Treatment 10 stars I would. Within a time period of 2 weeks, I had my HVAC and hot water tank replaced. Everyone I encountered at Air Treatment was professional and gracious in dealing with all my questions. They were on time, neat and clean. I hope I don't need their services anytime soon, but if so, Air Treatment is who I would call.

I called them at the recommendation of a colleague after my AC stopped working in the middle of a high heat warning. We have pets and wanted to get things fixed ASAP. They came the very next morning and spent about 30 minutes here. They discovered the likely issue, fixed it, and explained how to monitor things to ensure the fix worked. The technician was nice, he arrived on time, and was knowledgeable about our system. I will use Air Treatment Company from now on!

Air Treatment stepped up in a huge way this week when our thermostat began showing an error and the AC stopped working. As these things always happen, it occurred outside normal business hours. Air Treatment was the only group I called who took our call on a Sunday and made space for an emergency appointment same-day. Some contractors said they wouldn't be able to show until Friday... Our house was getting hot, and because of our pets we were otherwise looking at needing to go out and buy a window unit or stay at a hotel. Our technician, Dee, showed up on time, was extremely respectful, informative, and patient. He thoroughly diagnosed the issue, fixed a wiring problem, and pointed out other items he tidied up with our system during his work-up. There were no upsells or pressure, and I got the sense that he genuinely was proud of the company and their team. I don't usually write reviews, but this was probably the best experience I've ever had with a contractor and will 100% be relying on them again for future HVAC needs.
